Samuel married Gertrude Matilda Schlort on the 6th December 1930 in the Lutheran Church at Bethania Queensland.
Gertrude was born at Home in Buccan, Queensland on the 3rd February 1910 Buccan, D: August 2006 in Queensland. Her parents were Julius George SCHLORT and Mathilda Bertha LOTZ.
As at January 2023 their burial is unknown.
